Blane Scott McCain

Blane Scott McCain, 59, of Mountain Home passed away on April 13, 2018 at his home with his son by his side.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Adrian's Club, located at 240 S. Main Street, in Mountain Home. Cremation is under care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Blane was born Sept. 10, 1958, to Thomas and Twilla McCain. He was one of three of their children.

Blane was a mechanic and in 2000 became employed with Idaho Transportation Department.

He loved to fish and hunt. Blane was a great provider for his family. At a young age, he eagerly married his wife of 22 years Loree. And instantly became a father to her young son.

Blane sadly leaves behind his son Richard and his wife Stacey Miskin and four grandchildren Ashley, Faith, Shilo and Scott. Blane also shared the last ten years of his life with Cherri Adams.

He will truly be missed by loyal friends and family.
