Samuel Levi McCormic
Samuel Levi McCormic, 46, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.
He was born on Aug. 26, 1971 in Boise, the second of four children born to Dinah and Kenneth McCormic. In his early years he lived in Iowa until he was four, and then in California until he was thirteen before returning back to Boise.
In his youthful days he enjoyed playing sports such as basketball and running track. He graduated from Borah High School.
On Dec. 7, 1990, he married Cheryl Williams in Boise. They were blessed with two daughters Jennifer & Kristina. They were divorced a few years later, but his number one priority were always his two beautiful daughters.
He is survived by his two daughters, Jennifer (Mitchell) McCormic of Perth, Australia and Kristina (Tyler) Morgan of Mountain Home; his girlfriend Amy Beer of Filer; two brothers, Ari McCormic of Pocatello, and Dominic McCormic of Boise; one sister Marlena (Paul) Console of Victorville, California; his mother Dinah McCormic of Boise; three grandchildren Michael, Caleb & Lily Morgan of Mountain Home; many friends and extended family and his little dog, Killer.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Richard and Bethene Scott, his paternal grandparents James and Ola McCormic, and his father Kenneth McCormic.
In lieu of a service, there will be a small family gathering at a later date. Cremation was under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
