4 MHHS Band students to perform in state honor bands

Since the end of January four Mountain Home High School band students have been chosen and performed in two separate honor bands.

Two of the students, Brayden Kunkel and Nichole Cirricione, auditioned last October and were accepted to play in the Idaho All-State Honor Band. Kunkel plays tuba and Cirricione plays Tenor Saxophone.

The Idaho All-State Honor Band consists of the best band students from around the state of Idaho. The All-state band this year involved about 140 students. Over 600 auditioned. Rehearsals and the concert were held at the University of Idaho in Moscow.
