Charlotte Elizabeth Conklin, 73, of Bliss, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, at St. Luke's Hospital in Twin Falls. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 16, 2018, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.
