The case continues on the alleged murder of Paula Ferbrache as the first preliminary hearing in State of Idaho versus Scott Eugene Riggs was held on Feb. 2.

Riggs was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Ferbrache on Sept. 1, 2017.
