HOSA team attends national conference
After a successful state competition, three members of Mountain Home High School Health Occupations Students of America earned recognition awards at an international leadership conference held recently in Orlando, Fla.
Six students from the high school attended the competition, including the team’s $1,000 scholarship recipient and the former HOSA Region Four vice president.
“It is an honor to send Mountain Home students to an international competition representing the state of Idaho,” said Karen Brescia, head of the high school medical program and HOSA adviser, in an earlier interview with the Mountain Home News.
