Lady Tiger selected to attend Far West Regional Camp
Recognizing her athletic abilities on the soccer field, a sophomore at Mountain Home High School was recently selected to attend the Olympic Development Program Far West Regional Camp.
Asia Jackson, a member of the Lady Tigers varsity soccer team, will join students from across the region at the camp, scheduled for July at Colorado State University at Fort Collins, Colo.
The U.S. Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program was formed in 1977 to identify youth players in various age groups to form a national team to compete on the international stage. The program's goal is to provide high-level training to benefit and enhance player development at all levels, officials said.
