Elm seed bugs pose problems locally

Elm seed bugs were first seen in Ada and Canyon counties in 2009.
As people in the local area continue to deal with a pest that's making its way into their homes, the University of Idaho extension office in Mountain Home outlined ways for people to combat these insects.
