High-speed chase leads to man's arrest, narcotics bust

A California man remains in custody at the Elmore County Jail following a high-speed chase on the interstate that led to a drug bust on Thursday.

Fabian Fretwell, 27, was initially charged with felony counts of attempting to use a vehicle to elude law enforcement officials and manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance along with two misdemeanor drug charges and a separate count of false imprisonment.
