Brigette Seppa
Brigette Ann Seppa passed away suddenly at the age of 46 on March 27, 2017, at St. Alphonsus Hospital, in Boise. A memorial service was held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home. Cremation was under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
Brigette was born in Oscoda, Mich., on March 17, 1971, the youngest of three to David and Karen Seppa. She graduated from Mountain Home High School in 1989 and moved to Boise to live with her best friends, Nicola and Christine.
For many years, Brigette worked for Micron Technology until she became a full-time student at Boise State University. She graduated with a Sociology Degree and was very proud to be a Bronco. She was even the mascot, Baby Bronco, at the BSU basketball games for a while.
Eventually, Brigette came back to Mountain Home to take care of her aging mother. Brigette made sure to take her mom to see the grandchildren every chance they could get.
Brigette's priority was always her family. She worked very hard to let her family know how much she loved them.
Brigette loved music and had a very large collection of CDs. She recently enjoyed going to the Journey concert with her best friends.
Brigette loved to read, write and learn. If she could be a full-time student forever, she would be. She enjoyed substitute teaching in the Mountain Home School District, because she would often times learn new things in a variety of subjects.
Brigette is survived by her mother, Karen Seppa; her sister, Brenda Raub; her brother, Brian Seppa; her sister-in-law, Jessica, and their children, Hanna, Jacob and Ethan. She was preceded in death by her father, David Seppa.
