Breaking the stigma of mental illness

Teacher Karen Brescia is joined by the members of Mountain Home High School's Health Occupations Students of America as Elisabeth Stephens presents a check to Stephanie McKnight with the National Alliance on Mental Illness during a meeting held Thursday at the high school. The students raised the money during a recent Tiger Walk event in addition to bake sales in recent months as part of a national service project aimed at raising awareness regarding awareness regarding various forms of mental illness.
