Mountain Home man arrested, charged with felony rape

A Mountain Home man remains in custody at the Elmore County Jail following his arrest last week on charges of rape.

Michael E. McCarroll, 26, was initially charged with a single felony count of rape in which the victim was under the age of 16 and later amended to a felony count of lewd conduct with a child under 16.
