School board addresses partnership with WECRD

A discussion began last week between the Mountain Home school board and Western Elmore County Recreation District on a proposal to make improvements to the baseball fields at East Side Park.
During a public meeting Jan. 17, the school board listened as recreation district board president Art Nelson introduced an opportunity to help the school district by proposing plans to build permanent restroom facilities and a new concession stand the ball fields.
