Theft ruined family's holiday

Dear editor,

First off, I would like to say I'm not the wealthiest person, and someone had the nerve to come onto my property in the early morning of Dec. 6 and steal the only Christmas lights we have. You should be ashamed of yourself.

You didn't just hurt me. You hurt every single one of my children. What a way to start off the Christmas holidays.
