Final results: Republicans dominate elections

Republican candidates dominated at the polls across southern Idaho with political challengers trailing by wide percentages during last week's general election.

According to final results posted by the Elmore County elections office and the Idaho Secretary of State, voters in Idaho overwhelmingly selected Donald Trump as the nation's 45th president while giving similar support for federal and state lawmakers and other conservative candidates.
