Idaho writer in residence to speak at arts council event

Idaho's current writer in residence and a former poet laureate will speak during a gathering hosted by the Mountain Home Arts Council on Oct. 21.
Diane Raptosh's presentation begins at 7 p.m. that evening at Cottonwood Collective, 230 North 2nd East St. with doors open to the public at 6:30 p.m.
