Schools benefit from grant

Schools in Glenns Ferry, Bruneau and Grand View will receive thousands of dollars in grant support through a federal program that helps purchase fresh fruit and vegetables for their students.

Glenns Ferry elementary and middle schools, Bruneau Elementary School and Grand View Elementary School were among 104 elementary schools across the state that received funding through the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program grant program.
