Firefighters battle brush fire

Firefighters mop up as they finish battling a brush fire that burned about 10 acres of land near a subdivision west of the Mountain Home Reservoir last Tuesday.
Local firefighters joined a crew from the Bureau of Land Management to battle a brush fire the afternoon of June 14.
The fire was reported around 3:25 p.m. in the vicinity of Northeast Lariat Lane with the winds moving it southeast toward Mountain Home Reservoir.
