Glenns Ferry honors its citizen of the year

The Glenns Ferry community paused to honor one person's dedication to the community and the countless hours she's spent in different volunteer roles by selecting her as the city's citizen of the year.

Honored during the Glenns Ferry Chamber of Commerce's Installation Banquet on Saturday, Melinda Sterling joined the 57 other individuals that have earned the distinction since 1968.
