As the last chime faded, a light breeze blew across the cemetery, causing dozens of flags to flap in the air. The breeze created a noticeable chill in the morning air, but it didn't seem to bother the hundreds of people who stood in silence as the tradition continued.
The people represented all walks of life, from veterans of previous wars to those in uniform who continue to stand in harm's way. They were there last Wednesday to honor those who serve their nation as part of this year's Veterans Day ceremony.
