Students from Hacker Middle School complete their first lap around the school complex during a yearly walk-a-thon on Friday. In the spirit of the Halloween holiday, many of the students dressed up as their favorite hero or villain to help raise money for their school. According to principal John Clark, the students raised nearly $8,780 that will help the school buy Chrome books for each classroom. Clark hopes the money will allow the school to add two more of the electronic devices in each class to help students with their studies.
