IRS scam resurfaces again

Mountain Home police issued a warning through social media last week after a scam involving the Internal Revenue Service resurfaced in the local area for the second time in three months.

It wasn't immediately known if the scam was tied to one that victimized at least one local resident and targeted other residents earlier this summer.
