Orientation gives local freshman first-hand look at high school life

Looking to take the stress out of the first day of high school, a group of students at Mountain Home High School hosted a yearly program that aims to make the transition a pleasant experience.
A group of volunteer upperclassmen called the Link Crew joined in the annual freshman orientation at the high school Aug. 14 to increase the chances that these students not only had a positive first day or school but a successful year.
