Man sentenced in Day Meadows arson case

Beau Michel, a Mountain Home man arrested in connection with a fire deliberately set at the Day Meadows Apartment complex last October, was sentenced to seven years in prison during a hearing Friday morning.
As part of a plea agreement between the county prosecutor's office and his defense team, Michel previously pled guilty to an amended count of being an accessory to a felony in addition to pleading guilty to a felony count of destroying or concealing evidence.
