City sexton Larry Cronin and Bob Kipp from the city parks and recreation department position a bicycle display into position at the El Rancho Parking Lot on Thursday. Cronin spent several hours spanning the winter months to turn a collection of donated parts into a permanent display at the downtown parking center. The wheels were donated by the Groefsema family and were actually used on a piece of horse-drawn farm equipment used in the 1920s. The display ties into a bull-shaped bicycle rack located nearby.
