P&Z recommends apartment complex plan

Plans to build a multi-unit apartment complex in Mountain Home moved a step forward after the city planning and zoning commission voted in favor of the project.
On a 5-1 vote, the board recommended approving a conditional use permit submitted by Carlton Properties to build the 48-unit facility.
