Local golf courses extend privileges to pass holders

A plan approved by the city council last week will give local golfers an incentive to regularly enjoy the sport at courses in Mountain Home as well as Mountain Home Air Force Base.

During a meeting Dec. 8, the council approved a proposal to extend half-price green fees to season pass holders at the base for use at the Desert Canyon Golf Course.
