Report: Local crime at 10-year low

Crime in Mountain Home and across Elmore County remained at a 10-year low in 2013 although the number of arrests spiked during the same time, according to an annual report from the Idaho State Police.

Released earlier this month, the report includes a synopsis of crime statistics gathered from 108 law enforcement agencies across the state.
