Good Sam clubs to gather here for regional event

A major "Samboree" -- a gathering of members of Good Sam Clubs from throughout the region -- will be held in Mountain Home June 10-14.

Preliminary activities actually begin on June 11 for the event, which is being organized by the local High Desert Travelers chapter of the Good Sam organization.

Chapter president Paul Loll estimates that 125-150 RVs, trailers and other camping rigs are expected to put down roots for a few days in the field behind the junior high school.
