Tiger wrestling coach Lynn Knudson was pleased to get the sweep at Middleton.
"We had two great wins. We lost just three matches and gave up a forfeit against Middleton, and lost just three matches against Homedale. The kids wrestled well and I'm very proud of their efforts."
The Tigers hosted Columbia on the mats in Lloyd Schiller Gymnasium Tuesday night, go to Jerome for a tri-match with Jerome and Canyon Ridge on Wednesday, and go to Idaho Falls for the Bonneville Duals this Friday and Saturday.
"Columbia will be a real test for us," said Coach Knudson.
"We are dealing with a few injuries right now, and hope to have most of the guys back for the weekend at Bonneville. We may have to forfeit a couple of weight classes.
"The guys are working hard in the practice room and are improving every day."
