Opera Theatre ready to kick off season

Cast of the Opera Theatre in Glenns Ferry are ready to open the season.

Glenns Ferry Historic Opera Theatre will open its summer season the weekend of June 7-8.

This year the theatre is offering a short farce for its Friday evening performance titled "Wanted: One Husband."

Twenty years ago, when the Wills reopened the theatre, the first melodrama performed was the classic "No! No! A Million Times No!" That play will be resurrected for this year's Saturday night melodrama.
