Holiday music concerts scheduled

The Mountain Home School District's music programs have a number of holiday concerts planned.

As the holiday season approaches, schools across the Mountain Home district will host a series of concerts in December.

Fourth graders at North Elementary School start the season's performance schedule with a show at 9:30 a.m. Dec. 6 with another planned for 6:30 p.m. that day.

Third graders from West Elementary School continue the holiday tradition with one show at 6:15 p.m. Dec. 6 in the school gymnasium. Meanwhile, the Base Primary School hosts a pair of concerts for their third graders at 2:30 and 6:30 p.m. Dec. 11.

Students at East Elementary School held the first of their annual concerts in October.

Meanwhile, choirs from Mountain Home Junior High School and Mountain Home High School hold their winter concert at 7 p.m. Dec. 17 in Lloyd Schiller Gymnasium at the high school. The high school's concert band then takes the stage for one show at 7 p.m. Dec. 20 in the high school gym.
