Two injured in wreck that puts car in canal

Two people suffered minor injuries in this accident at McMurtrey Road and Canal Street.

Two people were transported to the hospital last Wednesday, Sept. 26, after two vehicles collided on McMurtrey Road, sending one of them into the canal adjacent to Canal Street.

The driver of the 2003 Ford Taurus that went into the canal, Arthur Loring, 89, was not injured.
