Mountain Home woman sentenced in arson case

A Mountain Home woman convicted of first-degree arson was sentenced to 20 years in prison but is expected to spend less than a year in confinement following her sentencing in district court July 20 at the Elmore County Courthouse.
Sherry Sue Scott was recently convicted of setting fire to the apartment complex at 415 Northwest Bradford Street in September 2011 where she once lived.
