An ongoing effort to build a community recreation center in Mountain Home will require $600,000 in donations before construction can start, according to preliminary findings from a report that went public last week.

The draft version of the study comes nearly three months after a consulting firm based out of Eugene, Ore., conducted a survey regarding the feasibility to build this type of facility here.

  • From the WECRD Office. Fill out the records request form (available online or at their office) and in 3 business days they need to provide the requested info unless they make other arrangements with you. They do charge for copies.

  • If you look at all the taxpayers money WECRD wasted over the years I'm sure you'll find the 600K you need. And also another 200k you overpaid for that land on 18th. Does the county/state ever audit these
