County official outlines recent election changes

With Elmore County's primary elections just days away, representatives with the county's elections office highlighted recent changes to state law that affects how people will vote.
Primary elections across the state are now classified as "closed elections," which means voters can't receive a ballot unless they declare themselves affiliated with a political party or classify themselves as unaffiliated.
