Felty to wed Viescas

The parents of Kimberly Felty and Mike Viescas would like to announce their engagement. Felty is the daughter of James and Barbara Felty of Mountain Home. She's a graduate of the University of Phoenix and works for Cite Bank Inc.

Viescas is the son of John and Suzanne Viescas of Paris, France, and Penny Viescas from Colorado Springs, Colo. He is a graduate from the College of Idaho and works for L1ONBRIDGE Inc.
