Sheriff's office joins crackdown on highway drivers

Push the speed limit?
Get angry at other drivers?
Not paying attention behind the wheel?
Driving while under the influence?
Don't do it.
That's the advice coming from the Elmore County Sheriff's Department, who joined forces with other law enforcement agencies to crack down on unsafe drivers on state highways. During a four-hour period Nov. 14, they intensified their efforts to identify and stop unsafe drivers along a 40-mile stretch of the interstate from milepost 99 to the Gooding County line.
