Allied Waste plans major recycling changes

The company responsible for managing the city's trash and recycling collection programs expects to streamline those services later this year under an existing program it plans to adopt locally.

During a briefing at the city's council's public meeting Oct. 11, Allied Waste will include Mountain Home into its growing list of communities across the Treasure Valley using the new process.
