Schipani seeks open position on city council

Jimmy Schipani, 31, says he is running for one of the the at-large city council seats in the Nov. 8 municipal election because "I am passionate about this community."
A loan officer at USBank, Schipani has lived in Mountain Home for 28 years. He and his wife, Robynn, a teacher at East Elementary, are both graduates of Mountain Home High School.
