Taco John's robbed Sunday morning
The Taco John's restaurant in Mountain Home was robbed early Sunday morning.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:50 a.m.
Mountain Home police said that as a store employee arrived to prepare the store for opening, a man appeared who was described as a white male subject approximately 6' tall, skinny, wearing a red hoodie, black sunglasses, a red bandanna covering his face, baggie blue jeans and a black backpack with a blue inner liner. The victim said that he appeared to be right handed and was about 20 years of age.
The man forced the employee, who was not identified by police, into the back area of the store where the suspect then took an undisclosed amount of money.
Police did not indicate any weapon was used, describing the incident as a "strong-armed robbery."
