Following a four-month delay, Elmore County's planning and zoning commission resumes a public hearing this evening on a second urban development being proposed on the county's western edge.
Discussion on the Mayfield Springs Planned Community comes less than two weeks after the county commissioners cleared a main hurdle that could lead to the approval of a similar, but larger, planned community in the region.
Open to the public, today's meeting starts at 7 p.m. at War Memorial Hall in Mountain Home.
