Hacker kids enter Mars Rover event

Five students from Hacker Middle School tested their ability to build and drive a made-from-scratch robot during a Mars Rover competition Friday.

Held at the University of Idaho's campus in Moscow, Lexi Ogaard, Dominick Finley, Daisy Malan, David Clark and Kate Connolly earned the right to compete at the state event after they qualified during regional finals April 16.
