Women's History Banquet is March 5

The 11th Annual Women's History Banquet will be hosted by the Mountain Home Historical Society on Saturday, March 5, at the Elks Lodge in Mountain Home.

The evening social starts at 6 p.m. with dinner served at 7 p.m. It is a full dinner banquet with a no-host bar and a fundraiser for the museum. Tickets are on sale at the museum for $25 each.

The theme is "Women of Strength." The banquet will honor local women who have excelled in sportsmanship, team leadership and individual talent. They are female athletes, coaches and career women who have "shared their passion and support for sports from Mountain Home to around the world."
