Rally for Medicaid set Saturday

A "Medicaid Matters" community rally will be held Saturday, Feb. 19, at noon at Carl Miller Park.

Those attending are being urged by organizers to "bring your friends and family and signs, letters and photos that tell our elected officials why Medicaid matters to you, your family, your business, your church, your neighbors and your Idaho."

Organizers contend Idaho's economic recovery will be hurt by proposed Medicaid cuts, which they called "unrealistic and costly."
