MLK prayer breakfast scheduled

Roger B. Madsen, director of the Idaho Department of Labor, will be the featured speaker at the 2011 Martin Luther King Prayer Breakfast on Jan. 15 at the Elk's Lodge.

Doors open at 7:30 a.m. with the breakfast beginning at 8 a.m. The event, which features religious leaders from throughout the area offering prayers for the nation, state and community, is open to the public.

The cost to attend is $15 per person. RSVP by Jan. 11 by calling Joe B. McNeal at 587-3227. Tickets are available from any committee member or by contacting McNeal.
