Arsonists destroy Haskett home

Fire crews work to contain the blaze that destroyed an empty home on NE Haskett last week.

A fire last Wednesday morning at a home at 1839 NE Haskett St. is being investigated as an arson.

Fire crews were called out at just after 3 a.m. on Nov. 24, when neighbors spotted the house across the street on fire.

The house has been empty for several years and was on the market to be sold.
