Adverse weather prompted Elmore County's growth and development department to postpone a public hearing regarding plans to build a second planned community west of Mountain Home.
The county's planning and zoning commission originally scheduled the public hearing for Wednesday evening.
The meeting comes as the seven-person commission continues to debate whether to approve plans for a similar, smaller development.
Spanning 5,000 acres, the Mayfield Townsite project calls for building a self-sustaining community at the border of Elmore and Ada counties.
