Raines tapped as principal in Glenns Ferry

Local teacher Kerrie Lynn Raines has earned her doctorate degree from The University of Phoenix in Education Leadership and has accepted a position with the Glenns Ferry School District as the Glenns Ferry Elementary principal and district's special education director.

For the past five years she has been the special education teacher at the Base Primary school.
