Free lunches offered by schools

Free lunches are being offered for children in the local area.

The Mountain Home School District will host its annual "Food for Thought" program through July 15. Held at West Elementary School from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, the free meals are open to those up to age 18.

Meals are also available for adults at $2.90 per person as part of the federally funded program.
